The Challenge:

I met Marty Burman, owner of Burman's Health Shop, at a local networking event at my Chamber. Marty is seeking to increase sales from his local storefront as well as drive traffic to a newly designed website. In the midst of this, a news item appeared that could have hindered sales from the general public.

The Solution:

OrangeLine has been working with Marty on SEO and social media strategy as well as bundling and positioning his proprietary products as superior products in his market. 

In the midst of this, an NBC news report cited that a New York Attorney General found contaminants in many popular herbal products including Ginseng, Echinacea, St. Johns Wort and Gingko Biloba, that were being distributed in store such as Walmart, GNC and Walgreens. 

This presented an opportunity for Burman's to rapidly respond to this report and demonstrate how their products can be trusted. We created a successful, proactive blog post to address this report and boost consumer confidence.

Building on that, OrangeLine recommended that this item be placed front and center on the site menu, easily accessed by visitors who might have concerns.
